With the oil back to $50 a barrel, i do not think that will go thru the idea of general income. But Angola has a annual growth close to 20 %.
I just present my plan to the President of Angola, Dos Santos, two days ago.
Lets see if he embraces it. Special the idea of "one Angolan-one computer" with a combined wirelles and cellular tecnology, with oral commands and video. A Portuguese WIKIORAL encyclopedia will give to the people the knowledge they need.
The governemnt of extremadura, Spain, may help us with new open source TI software that they are developing. They have all their territory with wireless tecnology.
